  • 1 roll Pillsbury pizza crust
  • 1/4 c. pizza sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 c. sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400º. Roll out pizza crust on a floured work surface.

  1. Spoon a thin layer of pizza sauce and top with garlic.
  2. Trim sides so you have a clean square.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan all over the sauce.
  4. Top with pepperoni.
  5. Slice dough into squares and stack on top of each other.
  6. Place sideways in a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake until pizza crust is cooked through, 30 minutes.
  8. Turn out on a serving plate and serve.
