INGREDIENTS- 1 roll Pillsbury pizza crust
- 1/4 c. pizza sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
- 1/2 c. sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400º. Roll out pizza crust on a floured work surface.
- Spoon a thin layer of pizza sauce and top with garlic.
- Trim sides so you have a clean square.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan all over the sauce.
- Top with pepperoni.
- Slice dough into squares and stack on top of each other.
- Place sideways in a greased loaf pan.
- Bake until pizza crust is cooked through, 30 minutes.
- Turn out on a serving plate and serve.
